I sent flowers to my sister in Scotland from Canada. The flowers arrived at the proper time and they were beautiful. My sister sent me a picture and she was so delighted with them. I certainly will use this florist the next time I send flowers overseas. S. Fiorini.

Despite not receiving the order in time to fulfil request, once the error was drawn to their attention the florist was very apologetic and worked quickly to reorganise delivery. The recipient was highly satisfied with the flowers.

I think they did the best they could with the 'title' they were given. My family sent me a photo of the arrangement, from what I could tell the flowers were nice. Again, it was totally the wrong design! Not the style/design that I ordered.
