Website offered Mothers Day delivery for no extra so requested this however flowers were delivered on the Saturday afternoon, Also expected bunch of cut flowers ( I choose florists choice) but what was received was a planter of spring bulbs/plants, still arrangement was lovely and much appreciated by mum

As our daughters live in Jersey it can sometimes be hard to arrange fresh flowers to be delivered however after using your site, the fact the flowers have been delivered and our daughter telling me how beautiful they are, I would recommend you to my family and friends

The notification of receival of the order placed and also the receipt of delivery was very prompt. When ordering from overseas it is always a bit of a gamble as to how the flowers are actually presented but feedback from relatives was that the flowers were lovely and arranged beautifully. Brilliant Service, the address I had for my friend who has just moved to Jersey wasn't known to them because it was a new area but they made a great effort and delivered as promised. Such fantastic service and value for money - we unfortunately able to get from the UK to the CI to our friends funeral and ordered the flowers online - the service was quick and easy to follow and the flowers were exactly as we asked for as ou friend sent us a picture of them at the graveside - even the call on Monday morning to sort out an issue was quickly resolved by very efficient staff thank you for all your care - sandra and pete boyer and the ellinghurst japanese chins

I was impressed that Bo-Kay took the initiative to telephone to ask whether it would be okay to send a bouquet of alternative flowers as they were unhappy (on receipt at the shop) with the sunflowers that I had initially ordered.
