The recipient was absolutely delighted with the delivery person (who was lovely), the flowers (which are gorgeous and exactly what I had in mind) and the handwritten card, the writing on which resembled my own - she wondered how on earth I had managed it!

Let's put it this way. My girlfriend loves flowers, and I have gone through this florist for delivery five times in a row. They have never let me down and have always made her smile from ear to ear.
